从头计算方法比较TiSi_2的C54相和C49相

采用平面波超软赝势描述多电子体系,利用密度泛函理论和广义梯度近似,计算出C54相和C49相TiSi2的晶格常数、体弹性模量、形成能、电子态密度(DOS)和Mulliken电荷布居等性质.通过比较这两种物质的性质,发现尽管两者形成能很相近,但C49相结构对称性差、体弹性模量小、熔点低,Ti原子d轨道的反键强、离子性弱.这些性质上的差异和C49相TiSi2在固相反应中优先形成有关.     

胶束溶液中高氯酸二水(四胺)合钴(Ⅲ)配合物催化磷酸二酯水解的研究

本文合成了疏水性高氯酸二水（四胺）合钴（Ⅲ）配合物，研究了它与非离子表面活性剂Brij35形成的金属2胶束催化二（对硝基苯酚）磷酸二酯水解的动力学及其机理。结果表明此金属胶束对磷酸二酯水解的速率大约提高10^4倍，这主要是由于表面活性剂胶束的pH效应和浓聚效应所致，暗示着顺式二水类配合物形成的金属胶束是一个潜在的磷酸二酯水解剪切的催化剂。     

Complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR data for 10 phenylethanoid glycosides

Ten phenylethanoid glycosides, including two new ones, isolated from the aerial parts of the mangrove plant Acanthus ilicifolius were identified. The first complete assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for these glycosides were achieved by means of 2D NMR techniques, including 1H-1H COSY, TOCSY, HSQC and HMBC spectra.     

锗（Ⅳ）─苯基荧光酮体系差分脉冲吸附伏安法的研究

在１．４１×１０－２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的硫酸介质中，锗与苯基荧光酮试剂反应在－０．５７Ｖ（ＶＳ．ＳＣＥ）电位处产生灵敏的络合吸附波．用差分脉冲极谱法测定．该络合吸附波的峰高与锗（Ⅳ）浓度在３．２×１０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ－４．０×１０－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内成正比，检测下限是８．５×１０－９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ．本文详细讨论了测定的最佳条件及电极反应的机理，并用该法测定了人参中锗的含量。     

Single-crystalline and monodisperse LaF3 triangular nanoplates from a single-source precursor

Single-crystalline and monodisperse LaF3 triangular nanoplates (2.0 x 16.0 nm) in trigonal tysonite structure were synthesized by the thermolysis of a single-source precursor (SSP), La(CF3COO)3, in a hot oleic acid/octadecene solution. The combined use of SSP and coordinating and noncoordinating solvents was demonstrated to have played key roles in the formation of such high-quality nanoplates, which could spontaneously organize into two types of superlattices (edge-to-edge and face-to-face) on a large area. This SSP approach has advantages of one-step, mass production, and easy operation, and may represent a rather general route toward metal fluoride nanocrystals.

Biosynthesis of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyalkanoates) by metabolically engineered Escherichia coli strains

Biosynthesis of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) consisting of 3-hydroxyalkanoates (3HAs) of 4 to 10 carbon atoms was examined in metabolically engineered Escherichia coli strains. When the fadA and/or fadB mutant E. coli strains harboring the plasmid containing the Pseudomonas sp. 61-3 phaC2 gene and the Ralstonia eutropha phaAB genes were cultured in Luria-Bertani (LB) medium supplemented with 2 g/L of sodium decanoate, all the recombinant E. coli strains synthesized PHAs consisting of C4, C6, C8, and C10 monomer units. The monomer composition of PHA was dependent on the E. coli strain used. When the fadA mutant E. coli was employed, PHA containing up to 63 mol% of 3-hydroyhexanoate was produced. In fadB and fadAB mutant E. coli strains, 3-hydroxybutyrate (3HB) was efficiently incorporated into PHA up to 86 mol%. Cultivation of recombinant fadA and/or fadB mutant E. coli strains in LB medium containing 10 g/L of sodium gluconate and 2 g/L of sodium decanoate resulted in the production of PHA copolymer containing a very high fraction of 3HB up to 95 mol%. Since the material properties of PHA copolymer consisting of a large fraction of 3HB and a small fraction of medium-chain-length 3HA are similar to those of low-density polyethylene, recombinant E. coli strains constructed in this study should be useful for the production of PHAs suitable for various commercial applications.

[reaction: see text] Addition of amines to the triple bond in alpha,alpha,alpha-trichloromethylpropargyl mesylate to give alpha,alpha-dichloromethylenaminones and its use in the preparation of 2-phenyl-4-dichloromethylquinolines in good yields are reported.     

相转移催化合成对甲氧基肉桂酸-2-乙基己酯的研究

N′-叔丁基-N-取代酰基(硫)脲类化合物的合成及生物活性测定

将叔丁基引入到酰基 (硫 )脲骨架中 ,设计合成了 8个未见文献报道的N′ 叔丁基 N 取代酰基脲及N′ 叔丁氨基羰基 N 取代酰基硫脲类化合物 ,其结构经元素分析、IR和1 HNMR得到确证 .初步的生物活性测试结果表明部分化合物具有较好的除草活性
